Printing Techniques:

• Silk Screen, Bold solid colours can be achieved with this method of personalising which is very economical for shorter print runs. Some images are suirable to be printed with half tones formed of a pattern of dots just visable to the naked eye. Ink coverage up to 25% is allowed for unless otherwise stated.
• Foil Blocking, Extremely effective bright metallic foil stamped images can be created on polypropylene. Blocks can also be hotstamped into the material without foil to give a branded image which is a high quality impression.
• UV Litho printing, used for all the fine detail colour process images, UV litho printing is particularly suited to longer runs. Minimum quantity is 500 units, The surface is glossy in appearance
• General, printing on clear or frosted polypropylene can either be on the face or on the reverse side of the material with the image showing through, depening on the desired effect. Generally, unless stated otherwise, the smoothest side will be printed onto.
